The POTSie app helps with doing the CHOP protocol, which is an exercise program made for POTS. You can also Google "CHOP protocol POTS" to bring up the PDF (beware, that sucker is huge). I have a "mini exercise bike" aka "under desk pedals" that I use for the cardio part of CHOP (regular exercise bi

Hydration drinks?
After learning of the LMNT maltodexrin issue, I’ve been using Redmond’s re-lyte. It’s good ingredients wise, just doesn’t mix well. Edit to add: I use a higher sodium formula because I had low sodium/mag levels when I did hair testing.

Is it normal to feel super low energy after reducing carbs?

Also any good bouillon will help like BETTER THAN BOUILLON either beef, chicken or veggie. All are great. Especially on low carb diets need more sodium. G

Low magnesium
Look into Redmonds Re-lyte. It's a hydration drink with all the things that people like us need. I'm a very physically active classic CAH salt waster, and when I surf for hours or do brutal workouts (or both in the same day), i tend to cramp up if I don't have enough minerals in my body. But that el

Panic vs Issue - Rant/Advice?
I’m happy to hear that. I was thinking about you not so long ago. You know something that helps me a lot is to sip on electrolytes during the day. I do it every day and highly recommend this brand for its clean ingredients Re-Lyte® Hydration Electrolyte Powder. To a better day tomorrow! Edit to add

What are you mixing in your water?
Re-Lyte Hydration It's a bit salty at first, but it feels so cooling and hydrating to me - maybe it's the coconut water powder.
