What electrolytes/liquid IVs do you guys take before or after your runs?

LMNT or Drip Drop for longer runs. Nuun is fine for shorter distances. Most people overthink this though. For runs under an hour, water is usually enough unless you're a heavy sweater or it's very hot. Electrolytes matter more for 90+ minute efforts.

Electrolytes???

So not all have the same levels of required minerals such as sodium, potassium, magnesium something I learnt way later in life than I should have. Usually electrolytes help with muscles and nerves, and is not needed daily if you ain't sweating a lot. It's only noticeable when low levels cause cramps
