Sette 270

I have a baratza sette 270. I wouldn't exactly recommend it - it is very noisy and the macro and micro settings have drifted since day one.

Be patient, making great espresso is not easy. You need a combination of good beans, grinder, water, machine and technique. It's fun if you like the hobby though! Get the best grinder you can afford. Get a bit of aluminum butyl insulation material to clad the plastic parts from the inside to dampen things a bit. I can't speak to the hibrew grinder, but i just changed out a baratza sette 270 for a eureka mignon zero s55 and changing no other variables, it has made a huge difference. Not just in noise but in flavor as well. I've been very happy with it so far.
