What do you think the SD is lacking? / What's your biggest complaint about it?

Another USB C port would be awesome. And better hardware of course, so I can also play new AAA games. And not really related to the deck it self but the steam shop kinda sucks on the deck.

A realization after owning nearly every major handheld: It's not about the specs.

Until a competitor does a console with track pads and back buttons the Steam Deck will remain unrivalled as far as I'm concerned. It's insane to me that none of the other handhelds have implemented these.

Are there any hubs like this for the steam deck? I'm not a fan of the ones with a cable.

I doubt it because it would block your vent exhaust and power/vol buttons. And you also don’t want to risk damaging the USB-C port on steam deck - it’s soldered to the board and not easily replaced

What are the absolutely worst, most annoying things about the Steam Deck?

Okay so here's the (technically) awesome part. All our steam decks are part of a giant hivemind that propagates someone's work to the other steam decks to spare them the work. Shaders are necessary, it's a fact. You can't get around them. Shaders have to be calculated on a "per device configuration"

What game "shouldn't" work well on the Deck, but you found a way to love it?

Steam deck is the only way I have time to play WoW now as a new father. I've been playing on my lunch break in a work truck using my phones mobile hotspot. Works surprisingly well actually. Apparently, classic WoW uses very little data and plays fine, even with spotty 4G service.

What convinced you to get your Steam Deck?

Sometimes I don't want to be in my setup and I just want to be in the couch with GF and the dogs. Or just dock it to the TV and play together. Also, It's very useful to play when we travel to visit her parents or my parents. I love my Switch and also works for that but sith SD I have all my PC libra

perfect rainy day to stay indoors and enjoy some gaming! what's your most wanted feature for PS Portal?

Bluetooth for my AirPods That’s the reason I’m still using my steam deck with PXPlay more than the portal. PS: I really hate your shoes

No audio out of nowhere

Happens to my SD every day. Sadly, still no solution from Valve. The only thing that you can do is restart your SD.

Lost 1TB steam deck

As an old person who never stopped gaming, this entire 'save files backed up to Valve's cloud automaticaly' thing will forever be the best thing ever. Playing something at home on my 5070ti and then on my SD later is absolutely seamless. There was a point I wouldn't have understood that could be a t
