What Mini PC is best for gaming?
Something with the Ryzen 780m or 890m integrated graphics & that has a oculink or USB4/thunderbolt port My vote is the Gmktec k8 plus it has been a little powerhouse for me it plays most games med-high settings 1080p 50-60fps and with the oculink port you can buy a eGPU dock and graphics card down t

Birthday present for my old man. He loves Time Crisis 2 but not tech savvy or has a PC. What's the easiest combo to hook up to his TV in order for us both to play TC2? Thank you!
There isn’t a simple and good solution for time crisis 2 with 2 players in my opinion unfortunately. Time crisis 2 in arcades ran on 2 separate cabinets linked together, the game has 2 players going on different paths with their own guns and screens. MAME for arcade emulation also doesn’t run TC2 we

Base mac mini m4 worth over minis forum or beelink?
If you live in any part of the Apple ecosystem the Mac Mini M4 is a plus! My granddaughter has a 24GB Mac Mini M4 and lives almost exclusively in the Apple ecosystem (iPhone/iPad/Apple watch/Apple TV/etc). Having said that, she still has a Windows laptop she has to use a couple of times a week for a

Suggestion for a Power Delivery mini pc.
This is basically about budget and expectations. I can't attest to Beelink but most GMKtec models with full featured USB4 support PD 3.0 100W with 15W PD out. I know my K8 Plus support 15W out and I'm pretty sure the recently released budget M8 PRO 6650H should but I don't know anyone who's tested i

Worth buying Chinese mini pc brands vs Dell or Lenovo?
I've been rocking a beelink ser8 for about a year now so not long enough to tell reliability but I haven't had issues. I use it as a home file server, Plex server, and calibre library manager. I hooked up a jbod to add more drives and it's been great.

The best mini pc for gaming
The Asus ROG NUC 970 is great for gaming, but slightly outside that price range unless you can find it on sale. The Beelink SER8 and SER9 are pretty good as well. You can find some good options in this thread

Specs for PS2 gen emulation?
I have a Beelink SER5 which is a Ryzen 7 6800U and it plays PS2 games perfectly with upscaling. It does an impressive job at keeping up with PS3 and WiiU games, as well (at least the LEGO games, which were the main ones we ran). I believe mine has 32GB RAM and I upgraded the internal drive to a 1TB

Some love for beelink
Great post! Genuine extensive experience with many machines is invaluable information, so thanks for sharing. I'm just an average home user but my experience with Beelink has been nothing short of incredible. Love my ser8 and ser9 and I can also vouch for their customer service. I messed up and trie

Mini PC vs. Custom Micro ATX Build: Why is the Mini PC so much cheaper?
Let's try to get as close to "Apples-to-Apples" as possible, using a 1-year warranty, dependably sourced Beelink SER8 8845HS as the example.
