[Digital Camera World] The new Sony A7R VI has the highest resolution fully stacked sensor yet (67 MP) – but that’s not even the biggest change
Pixel size having any noticeable effect on low-light performance is a myth. https://www.photonstophotos.net/Charts/PDR.htm Add the A7SIII (12mp) and A7RV (61mp) and look at how they have the exact same performance from ISO 1600 to 12800.

FX3/NAB News
Been saying this for years now. There is no upgrade for the FX3. It’s like upgrading a hammer. A hammer does what it’s supposed to do. They offered a better screen with the FX3a. There’s nowhere for the A7SIII/FX3/FX6 to go. That 12MP sensor is very specific and special.

Looking to upgrade to a camera that can shoot 4k 60.
Let me once again get up on my soapbox and preach the gospel of the ZV-E1... Exact same sensor and processor as the A7SIII and the FX3 in a much smaller, lighter and cheaper body. 4K60P with no crop, 4K120p with an APSC crop, amazing low light capabilities, 4:2:2 10bit codecs and really excellent AI

How can I achieve this film look w/ my A7SIII?
The lenses will definitely shape the look, especially that soft quality. But I'd say the art direction and lighting are the main factors here. Practice those. Look at the contrast ratio between highlights and shadows on their faces. Where did they place the lights? In post, use grading to bring to l

Full Frame vs Crop sensors is mostly just vibes these days
I “downgraded” from FF to a GH7. I have used the A1, A7SIII, Z9 and Z6III in professional settings. But the GH7 gives me the best IBIS/Dual IS of all of these cameras to the point that I very often don’t need a tripod or gimbal. The GH7 flat out won’t overheat, both Sonys did often. And the MP4 Lite

Torn between two cameras!! Sensor size, low light, and post cleanup?
Get an A7Siii used. Best deal by a mile. Especially if they toned down the noise reduction (not sure if they did this though). That higher second native ISO of 12,800 on the FX3, A7Siii, and ZVE1 makes a large difference. Between the FX30 and FX2 definitely grab the FX2, you can save money buy getti

FX3 or R6V
Better low light. Better IBIS. Rock steady & proven workhorse. I use my A7SIII more than my FX3 (form factor just works better for what I do), but the magic is that sensor. I also own and use the C80 and R5C, so I’m familiar with Canon.

Asked Director for LUT, Offered to sell me his LUT package
Yea, the jump from the a7III to the a7SIII and newer Sony FF mirrorless is a big one. Not just 10-bit color but also general color science and image rendering. The a7SIII sensor is what's in the FX6, though I know a lot of pros would rather use interframe codecs for everything, so XAVC S is definite
