Fujifilm xh2s almost ruined my job

The AF-C bug in the latest firmware impacts two of my cameras. The silence from Fuji is deafening. I do this as a hobby. If I lose a shot, it sucks. But in your shoes I don't think I'd trust my livelihood or professional reputation to Fuji either when solutions like the Panasonic S5 II with built in

Am I ready to buy to buy a real camera now ?

Yes! Your are ready! It is a lot more fun to use an actuall camera! Used Panasonic S5 with their 20-60 lens would be great for these kind of shots! Otherwise i recommend Om system OM5, nice little camera packed with features!

Can't decide between SONY or Lumix

S5ii bro. Everybody here saying Sony but I truly could not be happier for my decision to go LUMIX. Like seriously I really could not recommend it enough. I freakin love that camera. I’d say rent both for a day or a weekend and try them out first. A worthwhile small investment for such a big decision

Mac Studio M1 Ultra 48 core vs 12900/3090

UPDATE 2: The H.265 export on Davinci Studio suffers a lot. Seems an update is needed for the media engine. H.264 exports fly though, still a tad slower than 3090. on export, The 3090 averages 70 fps on my Panasonic s5 4k 10 bit 4:2:0, on the M1 ultra it averages 40 The 3090 averages 150 fps on my C

BLACKMAGIC PYXIS 6K | Test Footage | Open Gate 3:2 on the new Blackmagic Pyxis 6K Camera

There is nothing new about this sensor or image. This is just a new box on the Lumix s5ii sensor. Doesn't look any better. This camera's appeal is from a design and use perspective not an image perspective.

I love not having to edit my photos anymore

Woops, thought I had written some info on here. Not used to posting straight from my computer. Lenses used were Sigma 28-45mm 1.8 and a Venus Optics Laowa 10mm 2.8 The lut I used is Fujifilm 3513DI D55 that comes in Davinci Resolve. Pretty much all I've used since I got this camera some weeks ago. E

I made the Sony World Photography Awards Shortlist, using a Lumix S5ii!

Copied from another response: So it was the Lumix S5ii with the Sigma 85mmF/1.4 DG DN Art lens. Settings: ISO 800, f/1.4, SS 1/2000 It was taken a Caldwell Zoo in Tyler, TX. They have a large otter enclosure that is topped with a lot of natural foliage and vines. The sun was creeping through that fo

S5ii AF is rough

Here are my tips/what I do. My AF is tact sharp, around the 90% within Sony and Canon range. I also use the 24-70 S Pro, as well as the 70-200mm S Pro (f2.8), 16-35mm S Pro, and a bunch of LUMIX Prime lenses. Update to the latest firmware that released yesterday. Turn AF Detection Setting on. KEY PA

Fujifilm xh2s almost ruined my job

I’m going to lumix 100%. I’m selling everything and I’m waiting for the s1hii. I feel like it will be released this year since Panasonic has been releasing so many new cameras lately (gh7, s9, s5iix, s5ii)

Best camera for 1000$

Those prices are way off/out of date. You can find the cameras listed for much cheaper used, since most, if not all of them, are no longer being produced. The technology has improved and there are better options out there, but it depends on what you’re looking for in a camera and what features you c
