Any suggestions for a Dpad?

Question about controls in Panzer Dragoon 1

I prefer the 3D control pad because I can just switch to D-pad for an older Saturn game and the controller feels more comfortable than the model 1 and 2 standard controllers. In short, the 3D control pad just feels like the most complete Sega Saturn controller.

Made the transition from stick to leverless

I've only grabbed 2 sega saturn style controllers because the rest had god awful reviews. One was the sega saturn pro controller from retro bit. The buttons are good, but the dpad just sucks ass. It's so stiff. It's legitimately uncomfortable to use for any actual games, even just regular ass rpg's
