Any Lumix Cameras Around $2000 That are Just as Good, If Not Better Than The Sony FX30?

I think Panasonic has the video game on lock. Also , if you’re looking for a camera there are 2 or 3 S5IIx listed in r/photomarket

Nikon Z6 iii vs Nikon ZR vs panasonic S1 ii for travel videos?

Regarding IBIS - Panasonic is on a completely different level. Nikon’s stabilization is nowhere near as good as Panasonic’s, not even close. There’s a simple physical reason: Panasonic bodies have a much larger IBIS chamber, which gives the sensor more space to move and correct motion. It’s not just

Best video camera worth buying the MOST currently in your opinion?

I can only speak to full frame. If you don't need the ABSOLUTE best in autofocus, and want to avoid breaking the bank, the Panasonic S5IIX does absolutely everything well. One step up in price will give you a big step up in performance to the Panasonic S1II. Another step up in price will give you an

Ok then, on the Fuji bandwagon I jump

Mount Fuji bro 😂😂😂.. I like Panasonic, but seriously would consider Nikon Z8 for bang for buck if I was in the market. Performs better than the S1rii still and it's two years older and cheaper. The only thing that would hang me up is the screen only being tilt. I'd consider Fuji for a medium format

Panasonic Lumix cameras are so underrated. Just got one and i don't regret it! Highly recommend

I've always been a ride or die for Panasonic cameras. GH4, GH5, and now the S5IIx. Just a shame that everything prosumer is essentially Sony. If they were to release an FX6 competitor that would be amazing.

Panasonic S1IIE for 2000€ good deal for video and photo work?

I have yet to buy this camera, but from what I can tell, everyone is sleeping on it pretty hard. The narrative is that it’s an S5II with all the new features and upgrades of the S1RII/S1II, like false color, internal RAW, cripples stabilization, and the new body design. However it seems that’s not t

S1R II / S1 II or Sony A7V?

Panasonic Id say. If you like the GH4, just stick with it. So much QOL over Sony, it’s not even close. If you REALLY need that little extra AF at the cost of worse screen, stab, recording options, worse menus, etc… well that’s up to you. I have an S5iix and a GH5, at work we use FX3s. Even though th

@hollywood_cmb solved the problem.

Well, I don't think I necessarily "solved it", but hopefully I pointed you in the right direction regarding where the problem comes from and hopefully how to avoid it. I think you should try recording via USB-C, take the SD cards out, and see if it still happens. I've had my S5iiX for about two year

I switched from Sony to Lumix and boy ohh boy how happy I am!

I see a lot of these posts and similar posts on YouTube, it makes me happy people are seeing that Sony isn’t the glowing messiah that a lot of people make them out to be (nothing like a bit of hyperbole). Not that there’s anything wrong with Sony cameras mind, they have a whole heap of great cameras
