LUMIX S5IIX

Unless you are married to the idea of going Sony, consider the Lumix S5iix. Outstanding hybrid for same price as the slightly outdated a7iii. Your estimates for batteries and charges will transfer to Panasonic nicely

I don't understand what Lumix was thinking with the release of the S9 without a small quality prime for the camera. If they had released S9 with a small quality 28mm or 40mm f/2.8 prime, sales would have went through the roof. The S9 was not a fit without that small prime to hang my hat on. Bloggers

My advice would be to keep the S9, and perhaps add another FF Lumix to the mix. You'll be able to use the same lenses, and at same time increase your shooting experience.
