Electrolytes destroying teeth, Anyone had the same? or advice?
All of the electrolyte drinks that fizz when water is added - make my teeth sensitive (lnmt, nuun, venture pal, etc.). The only one I’ve found that doesn’t fizz or make my teeth sensitive - is the original Pedialyte packets (not the amped up sports version or the other versions). I usually dilute it
