I like the Nuun Sport electrolyte tablets. They are significantly more compact than packets of powder like Liquid IV. What's the BEST Electrolyte powder packet?
I've tried LMNT, Nuun, Relyte, Instant, and LYTES. Best = LYTES from ath sport hands down. I got the orange (tastes like an actual orange) and they gave me free samples of their other flavors.
