Recs for these items?
I like the Nuun Sport electrolyte tablets. They are significantly more compact than packets of powder like Liquid IV. The tradeoff is that they take ~5 minutes to dissolve, whereas the powder is pretty much instant. I don't mind any of the flavors I've tried, but one or two other people have told me

What's the BEST Electrolyte powder packet?
I've tried LMNT, Nuun, Relyte, Instant, and LYTES. Best = LYTES from ath sport hands down. I got the orange (tastes like an actual orange) and they gave me free samples of their other flavors. Best electrolyte powder for running in the heat? Getting overwhelmed by options
I only use LMNT as an anti bonk remedy on long hard rides (4-5 hours). Scratch is my preferred, available on Amazon and their website or REI if you have it. Do electrolytes actually help?
