I feel naked without it!
Nuun has literally saved my life and now I take it with me everywhere. I have reactive hypoglycemia and massively underprepared myself for a month long trip to India, where I found my diet to be lacking protein, and I’m SO glad I had Nuun tablets as a backup to give me hydration without spiking my b

Favorite ways to regulate nervous system?
I EFFING LOVE NUUN. ❤️ thank you for the hydration reminder. I was always shit at intake and this is a particularly bad illness (period) to be so bad at hydrating.

Doc prescribed me soda
Look into nuun hydration; their tablets are gluten free and if you contact customer support they offer a coupon if you use their electrolyte tablets for medical reasons. Cola wont really give you enough sodium during an episode to be that helpful.

Tips or tricks for managing brain fog? It's been really bad lately, it hurts to think.
Thank you for your reply, as always. I need to start moving more, it's definitely been easier to stay in bed with all of my symptoms, but I think I'm going to need to force it a bit (as tolerated, ofc). I get discouraged because last time I took a walk, I was so insanely dizzy. Need to start even sm

Tingling sensation
Tingling for me was associated with not getting enough potassium or electrolytes. I found that having a banana once a day and/or a nuun hydration tablet made a BIG difference. Sharing in case that helps!

Trying the Pridgen Protocol
Re hydration: I’m on Nuun sugar free electrolytes. Twice a day. I definitely feel more hydrated. Also a CoRE Mt Sinai rec. otc, not cheap. I have one am, one pm. It’s especially interesting to feel more hydrated when I’ve always been an all day water drinker. I didn’t think feeling more hydrated was

Electrolytes
My husband is an ultra marathon runner. Liquid IV isn’t bad for you, you do need sugar and salt to stay hydrated. I know it’s moderately granola moms so I just want to warn you, amazon can and does sell fake dupes that are untested and potentially dangerous. They’re not legally obliged to check prod

Advice for managing/preventing Diamox side effects
I have been using the nuun hydration tablets for a while now and they have helped immensely. When I first started diamox I had issues with my kidneys and ended up in the hospital. But since I started using hydration packs/tablets I haven't had an issue. There's also this company that makes tasteless
