Which one is most fun to use and worth the money? Global G2 (currently 819SEK)? GF-98(1158SEK)? GF-33(1799SEK)? Another model? (NI / Olive sharpened?) Würsthof Classic(1095SEK), Classic Ikon (1395SEK)? I have average sized hands and I am an amateur and haven't used a brand better than IKEA.
