T1 Pro upgrades

The real obstacle for abrasives is the toolhead, not what the other people said. If you print pa6 cf with the current toolhead but replace just the nozzle to a hardened one, the filament detector is going to get destroyed first, then the 3 hole cht style heatbreak and lastly the non hardened extrude

Anyone have a profile for printing pa6-cf on T1pro?

Don't.. T1 and S1 aren't made for those kinds of materials, and they never claimed they were. You're gonna destroy your hotend/heatblock, and flsun doesn't have any replacement parts in stock.

Flsun Quality & Reliability Problems

I have had a T1 Pro now for about 6 months. The hot end heater died second week in (many people had this issue). After replacing that it has run nearly every day without issues that are not typical of all printers. Right now I am having some major first layer issues that I cannot seem to get right n

FLSUN T1 Pro is only $199 at MicroCenter

I bought a used one from FLsun, it arrived and wouldn’t calibrate or heat the nozzle. FLsun was very helpful and sent some extra parts. I’ve got the T1 Pro and S1, they can be finicky but are great machines.

Tips for building custom effector for T1 Pro?

First of all, check your motherboard in the top case, I don't know how you can tell what version it is but if it's not 2.4 version then the upgrades you want to do will be pointless because the motherboard will fail sooner or later. As for hotend recommendations: Peopoly lancer and Phaetus rapido UH

Just came across FLsun printers, I ultimately want to get into nylon/cf filament. How's flsun in general with these types of filaments? Also, currently running an ender 3 v2, how plug and play are FLsun printers? TIA

I bought the kobra 3 with multicolor ace. Its a good printer. But then I got the flsun t1 pro about a month later and it is my favorite printer. I got one open box for 350 straight from flsun. The only issue was the extruder was jammed. I fixed it and since it has been amazing. Just have to watch you

T1 Pro Hot End won't stop heating.

Thank you so much for this. I bought a supposedly refurbished t1 pro from flsun on eBay back in September and it arrived doing the exact same thing. Have talked to 4 different flsun employees, all saying they'd send a replacement motherboard to me shortly. That never happened. It's been a paper wigh

give me your honest reviews of FLSUN

Fan mod has been uploaded to https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/tool/flsun-t1-pro-air-filtration-mod Other than that, I use improved macros and klipper configs from user camelcase on printables and lukylongi_2928559 (also on printables) stepper motor covers, I had to trim mine a little to fit. I use ar

Give me your opinions on the FLSun S1

DO NOT BUY THE DAMN S1. THE PRINTER SUCKS, THE COMPANY SCAMS YOU AND ITS A WASTE OF MONEY. I bought my first FLSUN back in December and it was the t1. It broke a couple months in. The replacement t1 pro broke in a month and the so called upgrade the s1 pro has been defective since arrival. I’m buyin

Tips for building custom effector for T1 Pro?

I'm not really focusing on speed, I just want to keep the original capabilities of the machine with the new toolhead. I personally use my T1 Pro for rapid prototyping so I personally don't want to slow my printer down but I can look into cheaper hotends that are reliable. The only problem with makin
