T1 Pro upgrades

The real obstacle for abrasives is the toolhead, not what the other people said. If you print pa6 cf with the current toolhead but replace just the nozzle to a hardened one, the filament detector is going to get destroyed first, then the 3 hole cht style heatbreak and lastly the non hardened extrude

T1 Pro Hot End won't stop heating.

This is a pic of the mainboard on the FLSUN_T1. The mosfet is bottom right. Notice it has only two pins soldered because the middle was snipped and heatsink instead is used. It's was difficult to replace without damage to pads so be careful.

Buying my second ever 3D printer and it’s a Flsun v400

V400 is an excellent machine, although with mine I’ve never quite gotten dimensional accuracy to where it needs to be. I agree that this is the best machine FLsun has made. After tearing into my less than a full day old T1 Pro and having done a lot of work to my V400, build quality between the two i

Anyone have a profile for printing pa6-cf on T1pro?

Also the extruder/effector gears are not hardened - can't find any kit to replace them, will wear them out too. My T1 Pro is a PETG/PLA machine, and that's it. I ran a roll of white PETG through it but never again (abrasive). I have a ruby nozzle for it (extra V6 laying around) but figured why bothe

Your experience

I would say the printer quality is quite inconsistent. I had a T1 that didn’t work out of the box, so I sent it back and bought a T1 Max instead. The chopper settings on the Max feel quite random to me (I print slowly, which may be part of the issue). After tuning the chopper, I get acceptable quali

Your experience

You expect the fastest commercially available printer for hobbyists at an extremely low price point to have hundreds of R&D and optimization baked into the software? You a paying a very affordable price for some pretty well thought out hardware and you expect a $10k Prusa HT90. Go spend $10k and get

FLSun T1 Pro – Constant issues with prints looking for advice to fix this for better prints.

If youre having adhesion problems I can 100% guarantee you that if you get yourself a kdeavi plate you'll never have adhesion problems again. If you dont want to use flsun slicer then its at least a good to take a look at all the settings and transfer thwm over to your t1 orca profile. I prefer orca

Would a V0 be good for me to bring in my class when I need it?

Vorons are awesome but unless you can find a pre built one idk if that fits the bill. Look into a qidi tech printer. Enclosed decently fast etc or as much as I hate to say it bambulabs makes a smaller printer I hear good stuff about but in class with students enclosed and a filter is a good idea.. j

Look what just showed up!

I don't disagree. I absolutely loved my t1-u and t1-pro. When it works, it is astounding. Fast and makes beautiful things. But yeah, once they broke, it has been a nightmare. After months, I got a replacement item. Then that item broke, or something else broke. I have been through multible motherboa
