Agreed, this would be my recommendation. Very low retention without using the knocker, a little tap on the hopper and you're good. Also, it's very quiet, I find it quieter than the Eureka Mignon Silenzio. It's also much quicker.

The built in machine grinders are typically quite loud - especially on the Brevilles. Most people in this subw I'll recommend against a combined setup because it doesn't really help you save money and it's not going to give you better coffee.
