Filament is not what you want if you're looking for minimal issues. Resin is messy, but only as messy as you make it, and the difference between resin and filament is night and day. I would recommend starting with a resin printer if you're working on minis, and only do filament if you're doing terra

WTF 9s? I just have my first print on Anycubic M5s pro. Printed some miniature with 1.8s, heavy support on Phonton Studio. It comes out ok but definitely has room for improvement. I would really appreciate if anyone could share their setting on this resin.

Every printer ever made has had someone with a failure out of the box. And as has been said a thousand times, people don't post when they're happy. The only printer I've had that was a constant pain was the m5s pro and Anycubic stopped selling that one conspicuously quickly. My ultra 16k has been a

Edit: I noticed you are speaking in GBP for currency, maybe the charge is shipping to the UK? I have 5 of the hoopat vats, I have 1 for my Saturn 4 ultra, but not the heated 16k version. One of the ones I got for my Anycubic photon mono m5s had some of the black paint or coating come off. 1 picture

New to posting, sorry. My text did not show up. We're printing the test file R_E_R_F.pm5s from Anycubic and we're getting bad prints. The base layers stick to the build plate however normal layers get stuck on the FEP. Printer is a Photon Mono M5s with the latest firmware. We got it 2 years ago and ne

Just my two cents. I have the ultra 16k and have had zero issues with the drip tray and zero issues leveling the build plate. As far as screen replacement, I did a screen on my anycubic m5s pro and I had to take a significant amount of it apart. I'm not sure why that's such a deal breaker. It's defi

You are fighting 2 issues here (as is typical), leveling, and lack of wait times. Iirc, the M5S Pro is an auto leveling printer, so you’re already off to a bad start. These printers don’t actually level, something ‘floats’. On Anycubic printers it’s the LCD. So no matter how much you level the build

PFA and N-Fep work best for me, ACF is for "speed" printing, I am printing minis and want the details more than I want the speed. I really like that Chitu Systems Hoopat vat, I have 1 on my Saturn 3 ultra, 2 for my 2 X anycubic photon mono m5s, and 1 for my saturn 4 ultra. They work so well. But I w

https://store.anycubic.com/blogs/3d-printing-guides/how-to-replace-release-film-for-anycubic-photon-mono-m5s Good thing we checked, as according to that it's actually M2.5 for the retaining screws and M2 for the ones that actually pierce the FEP. My hardware stores nearby never have anything below M
