990 EVO is DRAM-less. At that price point, the WD SN850X is a better option IMO. SN7100 is also DRAM-less but offers much better value and similar performance. SN5000 is also nice, but I'd stay away from the new SN5100 (has same TBW as previous gen but its using QLC flash). The AIO is overpriced. Th

zfs mirror (or raidz1 2disk vdev is an option on latest version i believe) the intels for appdata. 28tb for array, xfs/zfs wd sn7100, cache, xfs/zfs, match array. ditch the 250/500 gb trash ssds, dont even have dram, terrible iops and read/writes. I have like 10 of these pulled from old hp prodesks,

It's slow, wasting I/O on HDD At 20mbps we're talking 2.5MB/sec. Any mechanical 3.5" from the last nearly 2 decades will do 150MB/sec. Even with the low IOPS of a single mechanical disk, unless you're also streaming another dozen 4K remux's off of the same disk it's a complete non-issue. and adds we

I like ALL of your choices. The only thing i would change is spend a little more and get a Crucial T500 or WD SN7100 for the SSD. A WD SN5000 is also a better option and cheaper than the previous two if budget is tight.

At this point go with the SN7100. Even the 990 Evo Plus is pretty fast. You won't notice a difference with a few hundred MB/s at these high speeds. But your wallet will thank you.

Looking at the specs I believe this is the Asus TUF A16 FA608PP. I just purchased it a month back from offline store at 1.4lakh and it was worth every penny. That Ryzen 9 with RTX 5070 is extremely power efficient and hardly ever touches 80C unless I am playing high graphic games. Even more importan

You're not optimizing your money for what you're going to be doing with the PC, which you said is gaming. Ax the 9950x3d for a 9800x3d. You're overpaying for GPU and not even getting one that should be included in the budget. This budget should include 5080 and even if not, the MSRP 5070 ti at $750
