I began using an oral rehydration solution which had a small amount of glucose which has helped tremendously. I use a packet of Trioral ORS in a large bottle (33 oz) and a couple drops of Concentace trace minerals for magnesium (not too many otherwise you may get the runs!) sip on that throughout th
