Inexpensive Electrolyte Drinks or Add Ins?
Not medical advice: Trioral. $40 on amazon for 100 unflavored pouches that make a liter of solution each. Very economical and it's a balanced oral rehydration solution formula for good absorption and being easier on the stomach (more similar to pedialyte, normalyte etc. in composition.)
