Electrolytes recommendation?

Yep. Trace Minerals 40,000 volts. It’s unflavored, unsweetened, and it’s easy to slip into any beverage. I usually add about ten drops to my big water bottle. It’s slightly salty at a higher concentration, but I don’t use that much. It has the added benefit of being slightly laxative when I take the

What’s your go-to “I feel like crap but I need to eat something” meal?

Banana 🍌 and a nurri protein drink with water over ice with a Salud horchata electrolyte pack. I also take 40,000 volts electrolytes / trace minerals in every water bottle - that seems to have REALLY helped with the nausea

GREAT products that are NOT SO GREAT for ADHDers

The sodasteam flavors were definitely too artificial tasting for me. It worked for me for a while as a replacement for Perrier. I felt guilty leaving half bottles and then deserting them after they lost their carbonation. The height of the sodastream made it difficult to store somewhere visible and

Muscle stiffness and cramping

It’s sounds like you may be dehydrated. Creatine shuttles water to the muscles, but if you’re not taking in enough water you will get cramping. Rule of thumb - 100oz a day. I only count water, everything else is bonus hydration. Trace minerals in the water can help too (40,000 Volts on Amazon)

HG returning in third trimester?

Hey girl! I know you’ve already given birth, but for any new mamas hopefully this helps. Currently 31 weeks, I had HG my first and second trimester and I’m only now able to manage it in my third. I switched to a midwife and she suggested electrolytes (I use the Trace Minerals 40,000 volts which has

Fludrocortizone - please tell me about your experiences with it

Do you do DIY electrolytes or premade? I am pretty sensitive myself and what worked for me is DIY (trace minerals drops / 40k volts electrolytes, Redmond real salt, potassium (specific tolerances so ideally try a bit and test as there can be significant issues with potassium being too high or too lo
