GREAT products that are NOT SO GREAT for ADHDers
The sodasteam flavors were definitely too artificial tasting for me. It worked for me for a while as a replacement for Perrier. I felt guilty leaving half bottles and then deserting them after they lost their carbonation. The height of the sodastream made it difficult to store somewhere visible and

Liquid electrolytes without sugar or stevia
Totally! It’s a bummer cuz I love hibiscus tea so much! I can’t tolerate the fake & real sugars in most electrolyte powders. I switched to trace minerals 40,000 volts. Despite the name, it does NOT contain caffeine. I checked and rechecked so many times. I add some to water or occasionally pineapple

Muscle stiffness and cramping
It’s sounds like you may be dehydrated. Creatine shuttles water to the muscles, but if you’re not taking in enough water you will get cramping. Rule of thumb - 100oz a day. I only count water, everything else is bonus hydration. Trace minerals in the water can help too (40,000 Volts on Amazon)

Bulk electrolytes?
I’ve been using 40,000 volts by Trace Minerals. I’ve experiemented with many other electrolyte supplements and never really had great success. I’m an ultrarunner and live in the desert and train in temps 100+ in the summer. It’s been a huge game changer. Last week when I went over my blood work with

Does creatine increase thirst?
Stick to the same or maybe a little more water per day. The trick is to add a trace mineral to your water like ‘40,000 volts by trace minerals’. If not you’re actively dehydrating yourself drinking more water.
