What’s your go-to “I feel like crap but I need to eat something” meal?
Banana 🍌 and a nurri protein drink with water over ice with a Salud horchata electrolyte pack. I also take 40,000 volts electrolytes / trace minerals in every water bottle - that seems to have REALLY helped with the nausea

Do Himalayan pink salt, maple syrup, and lemon juice together provide adequate electrolytes?
You’re missing some other vital electrolytes as it’s not just sodium, but you have the right idea! Personally love trace minerals 40k volts. Full electrolyte blend.

Can’t tell if anxiety or my POTS
I also have POTS and totally know the feeling. I've been at 5mg for 6 months now and something that helps minimize my symptoms when I'm taking the trintellix is to always eat it with a high protein and fat meal. If I don't, my heart is beating out of my chest and I'm all fuzzy in the head for about

1.5 years out need some input
Sure thing! There's a few and they're all equally as potent/effective just in different forms. Hi-Lyte Electrolyte Drops - several drops in any cold beverage like a Powerade Zero or pH/electrolyte-enhanced waters. In sweet beverages it can enhance the sweetness a little, until you add too much and i

PSA/warning if you have POTS/ are taking electrolytes
I use Trace Minerals 40k volts drops which only have 3%DV of potassium per serving (and I spread the serving out over all beverages across the day.) It is high in magnesium, but for some reason, my magnesium levels tend to be on the lower side as my baseline. This is good info to know though if I ev

One of the things carnivore hasn't fixed yet.
You can do it, do some research. I did a 36 hours last year around April, then in November did a 20 days that crossed into December (yes I skipped Thanksgiving). And just finished a 40 days recently. Make sure you have minerals. I found a very nice Anchovies tea at Korean supermarkets, it comes with

Muscle stiffness and cramping
It’s sounds like you may be dehydrated. Creatine shuttles water to the muscles, but if you’re not taking in enough water you will get cramping. Rule of thumb - 100oz a day. I only count water, everything else is bonus hydration. Trace minerals in the water can help too (40,000 Volts on Amazon)

Cramping
I get the unsweetened, unflavored 40,000 volts drops by Trace Minerals. They’re a little bit salty, but it’s fine. I don’t care for sweet and fake flavors. They’re cheap and they work.

Urgent hydration needs
I add trace minerals 40,000 volts to my RO water. I do about 6 drops to 16oz of water to bring the ppm from 16 to 300-400ppm. It has a good ratio if you put the 1tsp of liquid in.
