Here is what I would do if starting from scratch: WiFi 7 mesh with 10 GB backhaul https://www.tp-link.com/us/deco-mesh-wifi/product-family/deco-be95/v1%20(3-pack)/ Supports hundreds of devices, whole-house WiFi, with a few 2.5 Gb Ethernet ports in the rooms with the access points, to hardwire TVs an

Deco BE95 or Orbi 870

TLDR: If price is a factor and you are not concerned with a potential ban on TP-Link products in USA, the BE95 has better specs and costs less (if buying from Amazon with their prime card). The Orbi costs more, has less impressive specs and covers less range (depending on your residence size both un

Firewalla AP 7 access points (I have 5 available)

This was my fear because my house is 4500/square feet and the backyard pool is another 1500 square feet. I have the TP-link BE95 along with the BE25 outdoor deco, and have no issues with coverage.

BE85’s / 95’s are on sale in the US and I am having such a hard time deciding…

Neither one. The BE95's haven't receifirmware updates since December 2024, leaving many many bugs and security flaws unlatched; TP-Link won't confirm when or if any updates are coming to fix the many issues. The BE85 received it's latest update in July 2025, and while done bugs were fixed, many secu

Trouble getting wanted speeds in my room

Get at least 2-3 WiFi 7 mesh nodes (tp-link, eero, ubiquiti etc.) but stick to one brand. You will want the first node/satellite wired and as high and as close to being right under your room as possible (to penetrate the floor better), and the second could be in your room or somewhere nearby. If you

Your options would largely depend on your budget and technical use. For your bandwidth, you'll be looking at a WiFi 7 system. If you want a simple system t
