For those not interested in a wall of text. TL;DR:After years of unreliable performance with smart home devices—including disconnecting speaker groups, Nest cameras dropping, and general network instability—you replaced your Nighthawk + extender setup with Nest WiFi Pro, only for it to get even wors

I use the TP-link deco BE95, it has 10gb ports and I run wired back haul for the mesh network over them. Works great but in my situation I don’t think pulling the cat6 for the 10gb wired connection is really making a big difference since you are still limited to what the device wifi or Ethernet port

Just looked at the BE95 again, looks like TP-Link went a bit crazy and outfitted 4x4 on the 6 GHz radio. The EAP787 only has a 2x2 6 GHz radio. Both have 4x4 5 GHz radios. That being said, most WiFi clients are 2x2 radios unless you specifically have a 4x4 device which exists but not common. So havi

I’m in the same boat. Dropped a ton of money on be95/33000 from tp link. Not satisfied. Then got ucg-fiber and boom- eyes opened.

Here is what I would do if starting from scratch: WiFi 7 mesh with 10 GB backhaul https://www.tp-link.com/us/deco-mesh-wifi/product-family/deco-be95/v1%20(3-pack)/ Supports hundreds of devices, whole-house WiFi, with a few 2.5 Gb Ethernet ports in the rooms with the access points, to hardwire TVs an

I replaced my three XE75s with three BE95s a year ago. For six or seven months the 95s were extremely stable, but something started happening in September and I’ve had stability and speed problems since. A month ago I received an apology out of the blue from ATT that said a software update had cause

Thanks to all who had suggestions. Unfortunately this turned out to be a hardware issue with one of the Deco units. The unit seems to be a hardware failure on the internal switch. It fails to negotiate a 'Link Up' status on both the 10Gbps and 2.5Gbps ports, even with known-good CAT6A shielded cabli

For your setup, I'd go with a Tp-Link Deco system. Usually I'd recommend the BE63, and you might get away with that, but you're pushing its limits there. So for you, you may want to consider the BE67 or BE75 instead, though on the count of the BE67, I have heard that there are stability issues. I ha

I know this thread is old, but I wanted to throw my input in after picking up a TP Link Powerline to do a wired-backhaul between my two BE95 devices. Note they are about 50 to 60 feet apart with one major wall separating them, one on the first floor and the second on the second floor. After hooking

I'm having similar issues with BE95 after changing from Spectrum Internet to AT&T. I'm now getting 1/2 the speed I'm paying for. BE95 - Spectrum 1GB changed to AT&T 1GB and speeds dropped in half : r/TpLink
