Tojiro dp 240mm perfectly fits your description. I like it a bit better than the mac personally. Never tried the masamoto but reputable too.

Handle vs Blade heavy knives
This is extremely niche to myself, but a handle heavy knife was really bad for me in sushi. I have my setup where I keep my water to my right, for hand and my knife. I sort of just quickly tilt the knife into the water and out, really fast but I bought a Tojiro DP Gyuto and the balance, while superb
