I know this is a shitpost, but seriously, get a good chair and make sure your setup is ergonomic, including the height of the display(s). I have serious issues with my upper body that were in part due to years of bad ergonomics. Bought a steelcase gesture and I’m very happy with it.

QUICK UPDATE: After research and reading the comments, I chose the Steelcase Gesture Office Chair as my ergonomic work chair for long sessions. Many people here mentioned how well it supports posture and stays comfortable over time. I’m hopeful it will make a big difference for both work and gaming.

I switched from my Steelcase Gesture to a Titan Evo a couple of weeks ago. No pain after working from home, long gaming sessions, etc.

Chairs are really something you have to try and fit in. Go to Herman Miller, Steel Case , Haworth showrooms to test the chairs like Steelcase Gesture, Haworth Zody etc But dont buy it at their selling price plsplspls. Go find 2nd hand I find the Gesture the best but couldn't afford it cuz it's selli
