What is the weirdest topic you have hyperfixated on? This is a ZERO judgement zone

Office chairs lol. I ended up going with a remanufactured steelcase leap v2 from crandall office furniture, which I do consider to be an excellent final decision though!

Is the Herman Miller Aeron really all that?

i don't agree that this sub or reddit thinks "no other chair is even worth your time." i've seen consistent praise for the embody as well as steelcase leap v2s and gestures. no chair works for every body type. for me, the aeron is less comfortable than both the leap v2 and the embody.

New gaming chair is paying off

It's a small price to pay for ergonomics. Another thing to note is that the chair has a 12 year warranty and likely lasts a lot longer than that. I have a Steelcase leap v2 and I think it was worth every penny.

Herman Miller or Steelcase office chair?

Steelcase for me all day. I was actually test driving the Aeron at a dealer and it has some really nice features, but also a ton of stuff I didn't like. They also had the Leap v2 and I instantly fell in love with it. Easy choice for me!

How a Chair Exposed the Worst YouTubers

Kinda unrelated to the video but... I don't doubt the chair is legit but please get an actual office chair by the likes of Steelcase, Hermin Miller or the more reputable office brands. The HM Aeron or Steelcase Leap V2 for example can be found for pretty decent prices on the refurbished market and t

Do I really need to drop big money on an office chair just to get the best?

Just try and then buy a refurbished steelcase leap v2. I spent weeks researching chairs when I should have just bought that one used or refurb to begin with.

What are your YOUR PICKS of real good ergonomic office chairs that are comfortable for long hours and don’t cost a fortune?

Facebook Marketplace Herman Miller Aeron or Steelcase Leap V2. I've bought a used Leap for $200 or less before

WFH folks, is a $1,000 chair really worth it?

Yes but you can spend half that on a refurb. Crandall Office Furniture. Steelcase or Herman Miller. Couldn’t be happier with my Leap v2.

What did you think was pretentious, until you tried it and realized it was worth it?

I have used a Herman Miller Aeron at a previous company, it was very nice, though I never kinda "researched" it at the time. I needed a new chair for my home office a few years ago due to back pain, and realized that my desk chair at work was comfortable for my situation. Turns out it's a Steelcase
