My G80SD is still occasionally black screening on display port, I heard Nvidia solved a lot of other monitors doing the same?

Running Windows 4.4 on the left looks great, working as intended, HDR and brightness is PERFECT. For me is working fine. But the black levels seemed prety crushed. Like brightness slider to minimum. No shadow details, missing any details in black areas. Testing on rtx5090 on Samsung g80sd.

Yo tengo el Samsung G80SD y nunca ocupo el HDR ya que las veces que lo he activado, siento que se ve peor que el SDR. Se supone que igual este problema es porque estoy en Windows 10 y su implementacion es paupérrima.Es probable que cuando inevitablemente tenga que usar W11 y pueda activar el RTX HDR

Ps5 pro and g80sd. I tried your settings but no matter what most of the highlights are wrong. Hdr will always look more washed out because of the wider dinamic range. Playing with hdr 10 on, 400 max lux, 0.7 medium tones and .3 saturation gives me a good result without losing highlights detail

Huh, that’s weird. I’ve been using the G80SD (for nearly 2 years) and have never come across any ads. Never encountered any of your problems after initial setup.
