I finally acquired a 5080.. and OMFG
Nice congrats. I have the Alienware AW3425DW and love it. I also got lucky and found a 5080 on boxing day. It was under MSRP here in Canada as well. Perfect pairing for a 34" 240hz OLED. Great experience for sure.

4K DLAA native vs DLSS+DLDSR
Ok, I have a 5090 and I game on 3 screens 34in alienware AW3425DW (UW 1440p) MSI - MAG 272UP 27in (4k Monitor) Hinsense U8N 65in (4k TV) Playing natively with no upscaling, all are fun the my 27in MSI 4k and TV look noticeably better HOWEVER, when I use dldsr 1.78x on the 34 inch ultra wide, that is

Whats the biggest monitor size I can put here?
Well, based on the measurements you took with a tape measure, the specs you took from the product page, and the helpful painters tape visual you provided for us to determine what fits in your space here’s one that will fit: https://www.bestbuy.com/product/alienware-aw3425dw-34-qd-oled-curved-wqhd-24

Assuming unlimited funds (big hypothetical), LG Ultragear 32” 800R Oled Curved triples or IPS Flat triples?
Name brand OLEDs usually come with burn in warranty, I bought an Alienware AW3425DW 34” 1800R OLED for my main gaming pc and 3x Samsung Odyssey G50SF 27” flat OLEDs for my sim racing PC and they both came with 3 years of burn in coverage. If you could spend as much as you want I would probably get L

Back to the beginning, Downgrading from triples 😩
I have an Alienware AW3425DW 34” UW in my main gaming rig and it is gorgeous, it’s a glossy 1440p 240Hz HDR1000 QD-OLED display. All 34” curved ultrawide monitors are slight over 800mm though, even 1000R which is about 807mm. My 1800R curved monitor is about 815mm wide. If that 800mm wide limit is a

Question about QD-OLED and Star Citizen
I have an Alienware AW3425DW 34" and initially I did have flickering but I disabled VRR (Variable Refresh Rate) and unchecked "Enable settings for the selected display model" under "Set up G-SYNC" in the NVIDIA control panel, essentially disabling G-Sync I believe and I haven't had any flickering an

Best OLED under 80k?
If you have the desk space go for Alienware aw3425dw. Ultrawide is an absolute game-changer in terms of immersion. And for the content that doesn't support ultrawide resolution, it will look like a normal 27 inch monitor due to oled blacks.

1440p or 4k OLED monitor for 5070ti?
I ended up going with 1440P 34” ultra wide - I have been reading posts just like yours the last two months and everyone has a differing opinion. . I finally made my decision based on a couple of things. New games coming out over the next couple of years will likely get more demanding possibly puttin
