Can someone help identify what this is?!

This is one of the reasons Rocket Espresso doesn't recommend descaling yourself. Its hard to completely flush descaler or citric acid out of the system entirely. This is why I took my boilers out of my r58 to descale.

Rocket or Lelit

If you need flow profiling then get the bianca. It is also cheaper compared to the rocket. A cinquantotto is almost 200,000 today. You could save about 40,000 for the lelit and get a really decent grinder. As for support and parts, I can only attest on the adequate post sales support provided by yar

It is happening!!

I got mine a month ago. Using Volvic water only. Good coffee grounds. and yes, invest in a good grinder. I got a Fiorenzato Allground Sense. — My previous setup was a Rocket R58 and a Quamar Q50e as grinder. The new setup is miles above. One more thing: Always flush a few seconds after each coffee.

My personal ENDGAME! 🥰 Thanks to YO!

Looks like a sound decision to me. Are you sure your spouse wouldn’t have preferred a Rocket R58 instead - much more shiny 😀. The Silvia X-Pro does everything you need, at a great level of long-term quality. It’s durable, servicable, and you didn’t need to spend your money on high-maintenance polish

Micra versus Mini R - a resource for others considering both

Yeah, I am swapping over from a Rocket R58 because I can't find someone to service it in situ, it weighs a ton so don't want to take it somewhere and (fate worse than death) have no machine for 3 weeks. It's 10 years old, done well so time for an upgrade. Eventually i'll service it myself I guess bu

First espresso machine [1500€]

At first I thought it was in USD. Since your budget is in EUR you may want to save a few more and get a Rocket R58. The rotary pump is more robust and would allow you to plumb it to larger reservoir, no inline pressure needed. I do have the v2 since 2018 and here are the faults Hot water faucet leak

Gena

What am I doing wrong?

Ying una kong machine yung 1st release ng dedica na red. Nung panahon na yon sa rustan’s lang meron delinghi. Mas maganda yung foam pag tinanggal yung foam maker nya. Parang may silicone rubber na nozzle kaso mahina talaga steam. Tapos simula nung 2018 hanggang ngayon gamit ko 2nd version nung Rocke

Espresso suggestion [$6000 budget]! Possible endgame?

Bezzera is on my watchlist, for sure! I did research on the Rocket R58, as well as the R9 One, but people said the repairability on those machines are quite a pain? And they often have issues? Not sure 100%, but that’s the general consensus when I ask around about the higher end Rocket models.
