I’m a former commercial barista and considered a LM just to reproduce the experience / rituals / feelings I had using pro machines. Entry level stuff like Breville just doesn’t feel the same. Totally understand you. I have also have a flair 58 and actually use that more than than the rocket now for drinking straight espresso for the reasons you mentioned. If you were willing to fuss with some kind of stand alone steamer system maybe the flair could work for you. Plus, you get to pressure
