Bianca is much easier to use than a Gaggia Classic Pro. Start by reading the instruction manual. That will tell you what the knobs and buttons do. Gaggia classic pro is $499 at whole late love right now. The issue is you need a good grinder, but you could start with a manual. Don’t buy one meant for drip coffee.

What kind of budget do you have? On the lower end, I think a Gaggia classic pro and a DF54 would probably be pretty solid. More tinker friendly than a Bambino.
