Check out the Mahlkönig x64 SD, Eureka SD, Zero (stepless, flat burr). For your use, I would personally go with a stepped grinder capable of single dosing, which the ESP does well. It will definitely up your coffee game even if it doesn’t look the part! Stepless are kinda finnicky when switching bet
