Mahlkönig E64 WS news here...

Option O was made in China from the start and they built their reputation on these Chinese made high quality feeling grinders from the start, they are a good example. There are some reports that the quality isnt really 100% but mostly very good and while $1800 is a lot for what it is its still a lot

Grinder for a lelit bianca v3

[$600] “Affordable” light roast grinders

Unpopular option, but the Mahlkonig x64 SD is in that price range too. It accepts SSD burrs. Mine is coming next week, so I can’t give firsthand feedback yet. I like the small footprint. I don’t like that it’s made in China, but Mahlkonig is an established and reputable company.

Reliable Quality grinder wanted [$500]

So I can get a Eureka Mignon Oro Pro for $599 from Whole Latte Love which seems like a good deal and I'm also debating on the Mahlkonig X64 SD which is also $599. They both seem like high quality units.

Help me choosing a single dose flat burr grinder with maximum clarity [1000$]

At that budget? maybe DF83V with some SSP burrs. A 078S with SSP burrs could be an option too but if you like playing around with swapping burrs, I’d wait for the 2nd Gen 078S later this year for the easier and likely more idiot-proof tool-less grind chamber access. Kind of funny to see you mention
