Speaker advice - $500 USD Budget - Argentina
I don’t know if there’s really any more “fun” sounding active/powered speakers in your budget. (My recommendations tend to be accurate or neutral sounding products. Maybe you can EQ the sound (on PC) to your liking, if you don’t like neutral.) These are $249 each (i.e. $498 for a pair) on Amazon: Ka

Best sound system for an audio-technica AT-LP3 (under $500-$750)
Ordinarily, I’d recommend active speakers for anyone with your budget who plans on a digital source like a streaming service (Spotify, Tidal or Qobuz). But because you want your primary source to be an Audio Technical turntable, you will need a preamp with a phono stage as well as active speakers. I

Replacement for Edifier MR4 stereo speakers?
i'm not sure how much they sell in EUR but looks like Kali Audio LP-UNF is around that budget. They have balanced sound because they designed to be as neutral as possible, and they also provide dipswitches to tame the treble.

Speakers for a laptop
$300 is not a lot for studio monitors, but there are still a few specific models that measure, and sound better, than their competition in your price range. I'm unsure if tariffs have driven up these prices at all, but the Kali Audio LP-UNF and Adam Audio D3V released at either $300 or $350 and are

i have been thinking about joining the audiophile lifestyle for some time but..
You might benefit from a pair of active speakers that are relatively good and cheap. Something like Adam D3V, Kali LP-UNF. I'm assuming that this will be something for computer? Those that take signal from PC via USB and require no amplifier purchase, DAC, or any other additional equipment, so this

Sub to pair with Gallo Micro SE's
Basically through USB is less susceptible to error correction issues like some MoBo coax outputs. I'd say get this DAC - https://www.amazon.co.uk/Fosi-Audio-ZD3-Converter-ES9039Q2M/dp/B0DHXBTG8P This pair of LP-UNFs monitors - https://www.andertons.co.uk/kali-4-inch-2-way-powered-loudspeaker-system-

Looking for a good set of pc speakers for around $200-$300
Adam D3V or Kali Audio LP-UNF if you care about how well a speaker measures. If you want a dedicated subwoofer output to expand to 2.1 later, Kanto Ora (or Ora4). Just for the vibes I also like the Creative Labs Pebble Nova, but there's very little data or user stories out there in the wild.

Advice wanted for new PC set-up + main room streamer
1: There really aren’t any hi-fi quality 2.1 “packages”. But some speaker manufacturers do have a subwoofer they could sell you. Though, sadly not a good one with your budget. If you are looking at good quality, then e.g. check out these: Kali Audio LP-UNF (EAC review) (Thomann listing) Kali Audio W
