Just buy ikea stuff I have a markus chair, finally a chair that is properly supporting my back

The Ikea Markus is shit. If it's fits you out of the box that's great, but for the majority of users having an adjustable base, adjustable arm rests and adjustable lumbar support is a requirement so chairs actually fit us.

I've found that the chair is the most important thing, and not the pillows, I use an Ikea Markus. The thing is that the chair needs to have a proper lumbar support, so most of the tension will go on the lumbar area and not on the pelvic area. An electric heating pad on the sitting area also helps.

I'm 185 cm tall and weigh 110 kg. I switched from Ikea Markus. The big problem for me is, the lumbar protrudes much more strongly, the more I recline in the chair. Did you get the one with reclining footrest? I was considering their office chairs too and was split between one of their model with the footrest and ikea Markus but in the end I went with IKEA instead because of the backrest
