$699 i3-300 🤣 You can do much, much better in the $700 range. Look at just about anything in the GMKTec K line, for starters. Picking one at basically random, the NUCBox K12 Ryzen 7 H 255 with 32GB RAM/1TB SSD, Oculink and dual 2.5Gb NIC is currently $649. That will absolutely smoke an i3-300 perfor

I just bought the GMKTec K12 from Amazon for $499. It will be a great little gaming PC. The model I bought had 32GB RAM/512GB Drive (which there is room to add two additional NVMe drives)

Check out the GMktec K8 or K11/K12 the K8 with 32gb ram is like $500 on amazon and basically has the same processor as the ROG Ally, it will play a lot of games just with the internal APU. I was able to get close to 60FPS on Call of Duty with it. It has an Oculink port right on the front panel as we

I had it set to 8gb and performance profile in the bios but if there is no benefit there is no benefit better the OS has more ram and fan quiete

I didn't pay any customs clearance, also the seller confirmed to me before that I don't have to pay anything extra, I received it in less than a week. Beside that, I find it strange there

Update – April 2026 (NucBox K12, ordered from de.gmktec.com): Bought a K12 (Ryzen 7 H 255, 32GB/64GB+1TB variant) to have a home server that can run at home for remote connection, the previous Evo X2 is purely for LLMs. The product page explicitly stated "Shipping from German warehouse" for this con
