I would add some kind of electrolyte powder. I do the Gatorade zero packets. These came in handy when we had an excursion in PR and it was HOT and we were walking a lot. Also, just generally good to keep you hydrated if you drink too much 😉

A good electrolyte brand that doesn’t taste too salty?

I use Liquid IV but I dilute it into 30 oz of water, it's waaay better. Gatorade Zero packets are my other go-to.BUT what I've found way easier is just taking potassium and magnesium tablets daily!Also kinda random but I've found that sometimes premade veggie soups have more potassium than electroly
