Just learned something I thought I would share

In addition to lots of water, I added an electrolyte drink every day (I buy the little Gatorade Zero packets,& dissolve one in a pint of water) and it has made a big difference. I’m mad at myself that it took me years to work out that if I was sweating like an athlete, I should be hydrating like an

Any tips for staying hydrated or flavorless electrolyte powders?

Also Gatorade has fairly negligible electrolytes if you are trying to treat POTS etc. I like some of the Gatorade zero powders, but when I make them (usually in a 20 oz bottle), I add another 1/4 tsp of salt.

What’s your go-to “simple drink” with few ingredients? Like: Jack and Coke, Vodka Cran, etc?

Water plus gatorade zero powder.

Outjerked us so well, they were banned from sharing more of their secrets

Uj/ I switched to using Gatorade zero powder instead and it’s much better. I was just referring to this exact recipe because it is definitely a thing that comes up for electrolyte jello.

Daily chat post: how's the training going?

For the past week, my heart rate has been crazy high while I'm sleeping - way higher than when I'm awake - which has lead to my HRV getting tanked and Garmin saying my sleep is non-restorative and my training is strained. I do feel fine, but something is hinky, and it's been frustrating because I al

what’s your go-to electrolytes?

I just buy Gatorade Zero powder. It's super cheap and it tastes like Gatorade.

Right now I am doing Adkins Strong shakes. I like the flavors more than other brands and they have fiber. They are less sweet. I find most taste way too sweet for me. Then the Gatorade zero powder. They are ok. Kind of a weird aftertaste, but pretty much everything does. Sugar free Jell-O. It is wha

where are my other protein bar-aholics?? (this makes up half my diet and even though it’s impacting my health, i can’t stop 😛)

Do you like things like Powerade or Gatorade zero? I have trouble drinking enough water unless I’m extremely active and outside but I can drink enough with these. I buy Gatorade zero powder in bulk so it’s not as expensive as the bottles.

Cruise Med Kit

I would add some kind of electrolyte powder. I do the Gatorade zero packets. These came in handy when we had an excursion in PR and it was HOT and we were walking a lot. Also, just generally good to keep you hydrated if you drink too much 😉

Starting to current photos

You’ve done amazing so far! The exercise (even if it’s just walking) will come, I’m sure! You should try adding some Gatorade zero powder packs to your water or any other no sugar additives to your water. It will make it more palatable for you! Adding raspberries and mint leaves to club soda after y
