No Charge 7(yet) I guess?
Vivosmart looks like you're stuck with their silicone strap as the face is rather surrounded into it though right? With my charge, I like to swap for narrow black leather straps to give a more elegant and standard watch look. It looked like there's compatible watch style straps like that for the lil

does anyone know of any similar devices to the visible band?
Depends on preference and use case. The Garmin watch I have (research study, mandatory, vivosmart 5) has a silicone band and a form factor that tends to get in the way of sleeves, etc. more than my Apple Watch. Another downside: my Garmin vivosmart 5 doesn’t have the capacity to do real-time HR thre

Need expert guidance
If she wants a slim tracker that does the basics without any subscription nonsense, something like panther eclipse fits nicely it tracks steps, hear rate, SpO₂, sleep, and just lasts days without a bulky screen. if she does want a small display, a basic fitbit inspire or garmin vivosmart line are so

Looking for device recommendations
If you can get past the initial requirement of manufacturer app for initial setup the Xiaomi Smart band 9 or 10 look decent, also only $50. there's the Garmin vivosmart 5 but that's $150 and you said it was a bit chunky for you. There is also the Huawei and Honor band 6. They're a bit bigger and I h

Need perspectives on wearables
honestly if you want something not bulky and more accurate for workouts i’d check out the garmin vivosmart or something similar, they’re not as hype as whoop or oura but solid and usually pretty reliable for strength training and daily tracking without making you feel like a robot lol

Minimal running watch 🤔
I like the band style but the Vivosmart 5 is roughly three years old. That's the style of tracker I would like but it needs phone connection for GPS.

It's very easy to replace the Vivosmart strap.

Want a Round 2, but would miss Garmin fitness tracking
I am using a Vivosmart 5 when I wear a pebble. It gives me the same fitness tracking as my Fenix, but it is quite small. And I often wear it on my ankle anyway. I use my Fenix now mostly for sports, and the band for fitness tracking.

Heart rate monitoring
I bought a used Garmin vivosmart watch to see how I felt about it before committing to a nicer one. Still using it two years later! It tracks my heart rate really well. I've looked at more expensive options but I like how compact it is. Would recommend searching mercari or eBay to get your first one

[OC] Popular sleep trackers vs lab polysomnography
hey i have the vivosmart 4! indeed it may not have the most accurate sleep tracker but i love this thing to death simply because of its minimal design. modern smartwatches nowadays opt for bulkier designs, including garmin, and im just not about that life.
