Just got a Gaggia Classic a few months ago, so still learning lots but I think I’m doing ok. I’ve been temp surfing with it and that’s made wonders for consistency, I want to get one of the PID mods for it soon tho lol.

Seems like a decent deal but like another poster mentioned, the gaggia classic Evo pro had boiler coating that flaked off. Google boilergate and try to find the affected models so you can make sure this isn't one of them

First, I have a PID installed but left my steam as stock. It’s fine for me but we all have different needs. We only make a little bit of milk at once.. You dont need Gaggiuno or Gaggimate mod. My jug is only 10oz and the stock Gaggia works. First, I start steaming right away. I haven’t seen any adva
