FX3 or A7V as someone transitioning from photos to video

Honestly the X-H2S is a great camera and in some ways has a better image/video specs than either Sony (open gate, 6K, ProRes or high data rate H265, great color). The biggest improvement you’ll notice is autofocus (Fuji AF is terrible) but the lenses are bigger and more expensive. If you do get a So

I'm so glad I didn't listen to those whose said "You can't shoot wildlife with Fuji"

I use the xh2s and I’d say that the AF is plenty fast but not reliable enough like other systems. However, it greatly depends on what the user‘s requirements are (casual wildlife shooter vs pro). For casual wildlife shooters the Fujifilm system is more than enough. But for pro usage it won’t cut it.

newbie need some help

My recommendation for Fuji X-H2S still stays, seriously, check some reviews on youtube, you won’t regret it, it can legit be your only camera for both. As for lenses it is hard for me to recommend anything specific because what I do with my camera could be completely different for what you plan. My

Is it worth getting a Fujifilm APS-C camera to complement a full-frame system?

I would recommend renting gear first rather than buying based on recommendations. Only you know what your use case is, and what compromises you are willing to accept. I had Canon EOS film cameras and DSLRs for over 20 years before selling them and then I forayed into the Leica M system for a while.

Beginner filmmaker looking for an affordable camera for short films + photograph

Fujifilm xh2s. I own an Alexa Mini and I swear this tiny hybrid camera is the closest to it that also takes photos.

Experienced apsc shooter. Decision time; am I holding myself back by not going FF?

The sensor size is actually ideal but the real problem is there are no professional grade APSC camera. The only pro APSC camera is Fujifilm X-H2s but the performance is not even close to pro FF cameras. At this point, you are limiting yourself because of your own gears and nobody is investing APSC f

Reflections at the Barbican

Man that's awesome! I had a feeling it was a Fujifilm, I'm a total nut for them, my favorite camera brand! Also VERY good choice with the 18-300. I don't have one myself though I've seen so many good photos and tons of good things said about them. I'm going to get the 18-400 for my Canon. When I get
