Tried the ones with 1000mg of salt and it was too much salt on my gut and made me swell. So I use drip drop that has 400mg per stick. Seems to keep the symptoms in check. Usually have 1 per day and about 90 oz of water

I am a water hater so I add DripDrops to my water to make it taste better but to up my hydration without having to consume large amounts of water. I do one packet a day. It seems to help. I also started taking a pre & probiotic. It has really helped the stool situation.

Check out Drip Drop. Apparently it has a better hydration formula. Anecdotally, I can say it works well for me. Also, I like the flavors. I just wish they'd make a sugar-free version with allulose instead of erythritol!
