What’s your *proudest* hack?

Every quick service restaurant and food stand with a soda fountain will give you free water. Bring hydration packets (Liquid IV, DripDrop, etc) and drink one or two per day. The heat this time of year is no joke and you will dehydrate just from being outside and sweating. (It took me years of trips

First dose (2.5) - Not doing hot

I am a water hater so I add DripDrops to my water to make it taste better but to up my hydration without having to consume large amounts of water. I do one packet a day. It seems to help. I also started taking a pre & probiotic. It has really helped the stool situation.

Then you’re more thirsty so you drink more water then the diarrhea is wors

Heat exhaustion and or dehydration? Maybe something else?

How much do you sweat? I’m a very salty and heavy sweater. I lose so much sodium through my pores. And what I learned is that your muscles need this to function. Drip Drop electrolyte powder was a total game changer for me.

What actually helps a hangover in your experience?

I SWEAR by sugar free DripDrop packets. It is a medical-grade Oral Rehydration Solution (ORS), while things like Liquid IV are not. I saw a bunch of women talking about it in a PCOS thread so I gave it a try and it’s done wonders for me. My fiancé is also hooked on them!! TRY THEM!! (Not sponsored.
