Crucial T710 vs Samsung 9100 Pro @4TB

Crucial is part of micron the other big dram/nand producer. They offered gen5 drives way before Samsung did. The t705 and t710 are excellent drives, the later outperform the 9100pro in some tests and vice-versa, they are very comparable drives. As to which to get I would say at this level..the cheap

I'm building a PC to start learning about 3D animation, Unreal Engine, and Adobe.

I would recommend a few things Change the GPU. The 9060XT is a great gaming card, but NVidia has a commanding lead in content creation tasks. This is the time to pay extra and get a 5060Ti 16GB. If that is too much for the budget, see about finding a used card from the 3000 or 4000 series. A 3080 or

First PC build ($1500–$1600 budget) – need help choosing all-white parts😭

As I'm sure you know, specific colors tend to add to the cost of the PC. I managed an all-white build for $1569, and I'll list a few ways to get the cost down (if needed), as well as a few upgrade ideas. For the CPU, I picked the 9600X. It's a good cpu, current model, for a great price. It stays coo

Obligatory rate & critique my build post

Save you a bunch of money. The monitor is still a nice oled, with a lower refresh rate and much lower cost. The ssd is a faster model. First build on my own, any tweaks?

That cooler is the best, just not for that case- https://www.reddit.com/r/NZXT/s/K1JqCSUIPu - I'd pick a different aio or case. Aios have gotten much cheaper. https://pcpartpicker.com/product/k7ZWGX/thermalright-aqua-elite-argb-v6-7084-cfm-liquid-cpu-cooler-aqua-elite-360-argb-black-v6 A 5080 is qui

Crucial P510 2TB with heatsink for €165 - grab it

Great deal. Looks like Crucial clearing out their stuff. The flagship T710 2tb with and without heatsink is 210/220 too. Not worth it over the P510 for most use cases, but if you have a use for it or just want the best one I think it's the cheapest it's ever been.

Hi! I’m building a budget AMD AM5 PC and I’m new. I picked a CPU, GPU, and motherboard but not sure if they’re good. Is the motherboard decent? I want stable 60+ FPS on my Full HD 180Hz monitor in Rust, DayZ, BeamNG.drive (mods), Assetto Corsa (mods), Project Zomboid (mods), Euro Truck 2 (mods).

I would invest a little more into the CPU. At 1080p, cpu is very important for fps. I think a 9600X is only about $40 more than the 7500f A 2TB Crucial T710 is the same price and much faster than the Samsung. If the budget allows an extra $110, a 16GB GPU is faster and will last longer. I'd try to g

need help choosing ssd for existing build

Of the three you list, the T700 is the fastest. However, for about the same price, the T710 is even faster. That mb has four m.2 SSD slots. The primary slot (M2A_CPU) will run at PCIe 5.0 x4 speed, regardless of what other peripherals you’re using. Similarly, the 3rd and 4th slots (M2C_SB & M2D_SB) wi

PC advice

I would get a different GPU and ssd The AMD 9070 is better for gamers - https://pcpartpicker.com/product/KXkqqs/asrock-challenger-radeon-rx-9070-16-gb-video-card-rx9070-cl-16g $350 is way more than that ssd is worth. You can get a halo-tier pcie 5 drive with dram cache for less, or a very good ssd f
