Qidi Q2 has been amazing for me. Only other experience is with a Creality k1 SE and it’s a headache. The Qidi has been flawless out of the box.

I'll counter this with: My K1 SE has been fantastic out of the box. After over 200 print hours, it has only gotten better with fine-tuning calibration for models and filaments. Bad shit happens sometimes, and these machines are very easily serviceable and parts are generally pretty cheap ... whether

Just got one for Christmas so here is my insight: Third party extruders like DXC aren't natively supported. There are different upgrade kits for different models, I have a K1 SE modded as a K1C and not sure what upgrade kit I got, but it required some minor modifications to the cable chain mount to

I bought the K2 SE after Christmas on sale when it was less than $270. Obviously I did not get the CFS with it for that price. After a few successful attempts at printing and then switching filament from PLA to PETG Creality Print 7 would only slice in PETG and there was absolutely no way to print w

Not bad. That's close to my K1 SE and K1 Max at PLA Temps. They didn't need much adjustment on the Belt SkipMy K1C was a Sky Ramp that bowed up on the sides. That took some skips to get right. It still is a little taco, but well with in tolerances now. May have to adjust a side down alittle, the fle

The original K1 max would not work. I upgraded to the 2025 versions on the PCB board and hot end. Works great now. I think there's something different about the pcb board other than the connectors for the hot end. Creality 2025 K1 Max/K1/K1 SE/K1C Hotend Upgrade Ceramic Heating Block, Official New V

There’s nothing I can see inherently wrong with the K2 SE’s design and it does seem to be an incremental improvement over the K1 SE, would you agree? I just think it’s misleading to put the SE in the K2 family. I don’t KNOW the details, but Creality doesn’t seem to have much co-ordination between it

I started with an ender3v2 and always wanted to upgrade to a voron, but I'm cheap AF and don't want to spend more than $200-300 on a printer. I ended up getting a k1 SE a few months back and while I'm impressed with it, it leaves a lot to be desired. I hated having to use their creality klipper what

Nope, not a skill issue. The K1 max I had had serious VFAs because creality used 20 tooth pulleys and all of that jazz, fine, it was their first gen of a high speed klipper machine to compete with Bambu, I'll forgive that. Then I get a K1 SE, the idlers are glued in skew causing the belts to move ve
