EOS R5 Mark II

Canon R5 Mark II with a 100-500mm f/4.5-5.6L lens. I always have that and at least 3 more lenses with me in my flight bag. It sucks to carry around but these types of photos is why I do it.

Canon has their Lens Ecosystem locked off.If you need open gate Canon is your pick.If you want a two in one cam you could get the R5ii or the just released A7RVI.Both will serve all your needs and handle everything you described in your situation.I personally would probably go for the R6iii

If you really want the best, look at the Canon R5 II, Sony A1, or Nikon Z8. But even the best bodies won't get you good results without wide aperture lenses. Thank you! The body is a Canon R5m2 and lens is RF 200-800mm f/6.3-9 (you can see image settings in the screenshot in my other comment). I shot on a Canon 80D + Sigma 150-600mm lens for a long time until I was able to afford the upgrade and I can definitely see & feel the difference!

It does that for me as well. But for some lenses it decides not to do light fall-off or distortion correction at all (leaves sliders at 0). When I then increase them 100 what I would expect is: when I copy my settings from one image to another it should only copy the slider values but not the lens p

It can certainly be used for CERTAIN TYPES of photography but it certainly won’t be as well rounded of a “photo” tool as a Canon R5 mark ii. I mean you could certainly do staged photos and certain product photos but it would be awful to use for street photography because it doesn’t shoot fast enough
